Company is an important supplier of supermarket chains in Serbia
We're looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead a new sales team focused on acquiring new clients and projects. This is a ground-floor opportunity for an ambitious, driven sales leader to create a team and a strategy from scratch. You will be responsible for driving new revenue, opening up new markets, and establishing a strong pipeline of new business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and grow sales within the assigned region
- Negotiate prices and prepare offers in line with company guidelines
- Attend client visits, meetings, and industry events
- Build and Lead a New Sales Team to reach targets with company guidelines
- Identify new projects and manage the full sales cycle
- Active participation for the meetings in Balkan Region
- Gathering market data, analysis, plans and daily reports
- Monitor and analyze the market and competitors
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy in accordance with Storeturco goals
- Assist clients and have right relationship with them before, during and after sales process to maintain sustainable relationship
- Supporting operational process of the company
- Working with the colleagues in coordination
- Track projects and maintain data in CRM
REQUIREMENTS
- Perfect English, written and verbal
- Fluent Serbian
- Experience in sales development, with a strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Organizational and time-management abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Driving License and Active Driver
- Excellent Computer User, Microsoft Office
- Ability to Travel inside and out side of the country (expenses will be covered by the company)
- Preferably education in Sales, Business Administration, Logistic and Marketing
- Preferably to have own car (gas will be covered by company)
