Company Overview

was founded in 2017 as an OTC digital asset trading desk, serving high-net-worth individuals, corporates, and institutional clients globally. Recognising that our clients – generally in sectors underserved by the traditional banking system – were facing tremendous difficulty in the movement of fiat funds, we undertook to resolve this industry pain point by shifting our focus toward the provision of payment services. We subsequently acquired our PI licence from the FCA in 2020, and launched our proprietary payments platform in 2021.

Today we provide a unified end-to-end financial services solution for a global client base across a multitude of sectors and verticals. We solve our clients' needs through an expansive network of banking partners and a robust framework of licenses which underpin our platform.

Within our group structure, we provide two core propositions. Connect offers business accounts, payments and spot FX, while Fusion enables crypto trading and crypto payment processing for a global client base.

Through a single onboarding journey with , clients get access to a full suite of products and services including named IBANS in multiple currencies, global payments and FX, and the ability to receive and trade cryptocurrency 24/7. As part of this offering, we provide access to core payment rails including SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments and CHAPS.

Role Overview

The business continues to scale rapidly and has ambitious growth and revenue targets for FY26 and beyond. As such, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join a relatively small, but fast-growing, and high-performing company. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is tenacious, adaptable, and skilled in building their own sales pipeline and closing deals to really leave their mark on the business. 

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer for , the role will encompass our two complementary core propositions, along with the exciting new products, services, and geographies the group is expanding into.

Though we all work very closely as a team, the successful candidate will be comfortable working largely as an individual contributor, focused solely on one of the biggest needs for the business – sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing High-Value Opportunities

  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities that align with 's target client profile and risk appetite.
  • Leverage industry knowledge, networks, and research to proactively uncover potential high-value clients.

2. Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on commercial potential and strategic fit.
  • Progress qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline toward conversion, ensuring timely and appropriate engagement throughout the process.

3. Client Engagement & Deal Closure

  • Initiate and lead engagement with prospective clients, with the objective of securing formal business relationships.
  • Present 's services effectively to senior decision-makers, negotiate commercial terms where appropriate, and drive successful deal closure.

4. Account Onboarding Support

  • Facilitate the smooth transition of new business opportunities to 's internal onboarding teams.
  • Support clients through the onboarding process to ensure high conversion rates and positive commercial outcomes.
  • Provide comprehensive handovers to 's Customer Success team to ensure successful client relationships post client set-up

5. Representation at Key Industry Events

  • Attend selected events (as agreed in advance) to represent , build pipeline, and convert event-driven opportunities into commercial relationships.

6. Reporting & Opportunity Tracking

  • Maintain clear and timely reporting on the status of key opportunities, pipeline progress, and market insights that may impact 's commercial strategy.
  • Developing a second-to-none understanding of the industries we operate in, and what our clients are looking for, to best inform our Marketing and Product teams

 Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in sales/business development, with outperformance in sourcing new business, converting leads to high-quality accounts, and achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding and interest in financial services and/or cryptocurrency, along with experience in one of our key customer verticals (gaming, crypto, and complex/offshore structures)
  • A strong personal network which will allow you to succeed from Day 1
  • Experience within a FinTech, start-up, or high-growth environment is a plus
  • Understanding of best practices when it comes to building and managing a sales pipeline
