commercially focused, results-driven, and customer-oriented B2B Manager
to lead the growth of
Nespresso Small Offices, Hotels & Alternative Channels
.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the B2B strategy, build strong partnerships, and deliver the unique Nespresso Coffee Experience to workplaces and business environments across the region.

What you will do

  • Lead
    acquisition of new Small Offices and Hotels
    by offering tailored coffee solutions and exceptional experiences for employees and clients.
  • Develop and retain the existing customer portfolio through strategic initiatives and relationship management.
  • Expand
    distribution and brand presence
    through new partnerships and alternative sales channels across the assigned markets.
  • Build and manage a robust
    sales pipeline
    by identifying opportunities through networking, events, and sector-specific activities.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure consistency of the
    Nespresso Brand Experience
    .
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Proven
    experience in B2B sales or business development
    , ideally within FMCG, hospitality, or premium brands.
  • Strong understanding of the
    Office Coffee and B2B sector
    .
  • Strategic thinker with excellent
    planning and execution skills
    .
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
    with passion for developing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter

  • Coffee enthusiast
    with commitment to delivering superior customer experiences.
  • Valid
    driving license
    and willingness to travel across markets.
  • Fluency in
    English
    ; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
