As an Area Sales Manager for the At Home Channel, you'll lead the implementation of our commercial strategy across your region. You'll drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead a motivated team of Sales Team Leaders and Business Developers to deliver outstanding performance.

About your new role:

  • Develop and execute business and activation plans
  • Set and monitor team targets aligned with commercial objectives
  • Manage budgets, pricing, and investments to ensure profitable growth
  • Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders

The profile:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/commercial management role
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Strong English knowledge
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach
