
Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager for the At Home Channel, you'll lead the implementation of our commercial strategy across your region. You'll drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and lead a motivated team of Sales Team Leaders and Business Developers to deliver outstanding performance.
About your new role:
- Develop and execute business and activation plans
- Set and monitor team targets aligned with commercial objectives
- Manage budgets, pricing, and investments to ensure profitable growth
- Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders
The profile:
- University degree
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/commercial management role
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong English knowledge
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
- Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable approach
