We have partnered with a pharmaceutical company specialized in the import and distribution of medical products and health-improvement solutions. We are looking for a
Area Manager
to join their team
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement sales and marketing plans within the assigned regional area
- Lead, coordinate, and support a team of field representatives and product specialists
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region
- Plan and coordinate sales activities and commercial offers for key customers
- Monitor market conditions, collect relevant data, and track competitor activities
- Analyze sales performance and report results regularly
- Oversee stock levels in distribution centers and ensure alignment with company goals
- Participate in professional events, congresses, and seminars
- Evaluate and support the work of field representatives and promoters
- Ensure continuous professional development and adherence to company SOPs and procedures
Requirements:
- University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Proven experience in team leadership, motivation, and performance management
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a strong results orientation
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, CRM platforms)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Active driver (B category)
