growing web design and SEO Agency. We love translating business services, products, and ideas into high-quality, high-performing websites.

We're looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our team. We already have a lead generation system that works really well, so this role is all about staying on top of incoming warm leads, making sure they're followed up with quickly, confirming attendance for meetings with our consultative sales team, and keeping everything organised in HubSpot.

Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:

  • Reaching out to leads who've submitted details but haven't yet booked an intro call (primarily by email but ideally by phone also, using provided templates and company phone and email system).
  • Sending friendly follow-ups and reminders - savvy enough to adapt where needed.
  • Keeping our Hubspot CRM (and pipeline) clean and up to date.
  • Managing Calendly bookings: confirming calls, and helping with reschedules.
  • Supporting with post-call follow-ups (recap emails, light check-ins if prospects go quiet).
  • Assisting in preparing SEO audit documentation for the calls (We have a system for this & training will be provided).
  • Helping with smooth handovers to our delivery team by setting up new client projects in ClickUp.
  • Checking in weekly with the company founder on progress, roadblocks, and potential process improvements.

What we are looking for:

  • Clear, professional English (written and spoken).
  • Organised, reliable, and happy to keep details and systems tidy.
  • Friendly and approachable on emails and calls - quick check-ins,
    not sales pitches.
  • Comfortable with online tools like Google Docs, Drive, Canva, and CRMs (
    Hubspot
    is a plus but not essential).
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to ask questions rather than let things stall.
  • Bonus: interest in using AI tools (like GPT) to make your work more effective.
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer success, or admin coordination is ideal, but
    the right attitude matters most.

Hours & Setup:

  • Start part-time (around 20 hours/week), with potential to grow if it's a great fit.
  • Must be available during Irish/UK business hours (ideally afternoons 1–5pm GMT).
  • Fully Remote role - work from wherever you are, as long as you've got a good internet connection.
  • Tools provided: Hubspot, Google Workspace, Calendly, Canva, ClickUp. Training and support included.

  • Leads are followed up promptly and consistently.
  • Hubspot pipeline is kept accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prospects feel well looked after (nobody gets forgotten).
  • New client handovers to the project team are smooth and complete.
