About the Job
We're looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate has strong experience in photo and video editing, is fluent in social media trends, and knows how to create engaging, high-quality content that drives results.

You'll be responsible for managing multiple social platforms, producing compelling visual content, and maintaining a consistent and professional brand image.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow our company's presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Create and edit professional photos and videos for posts, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.

Plan, schedule, and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.

Manage our YouTube channel, including uploading, keyword tagging, thumbnails, and analytics.

Engage daily with followers through comments, messages, and community interactions.

Monitor analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest strategies for growth.

Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and best practices across all major social media platforms.

Qualifications
Proven experience managing social media for a business or brand.

Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).

Strong understanding of content strategy, brand tone, and digital storytelling.

Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Must be very familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a remote setting.

Experience with paid ad campaigns on Meta or YouTube is optional, but a strong plus.
