Junior Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and organized individual to be responsible for managing our social media platforms and administrative tasks. This person will be in charge of content creation, interacting with followers, managing Instagram, Threads, Telegram and Facebook page, as well as handling administrative duties such as communication and documentation management with influencers.

Primary Goals:

• Increase FTDs: The goal is to attract new users who will become first-time depositors (FTDs) through these platforms.
• Enhance Engagement: The aim is to boost engagement among existing users on our channels.
• Grow Followers: The objective is to increase the number of followers on our channels and create a sense of community membership.

As a
Junior Social Media Manager
at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Management of multiple channels: Generating content ideas and stories, interacting with followers, and publishing posts to maintain and develop Instagram, Threads, Telegram and Facebook pages.
• Account Management: You will be in charge of managing and maintaining active pages, including setting up and maintaining profiles.
• Creation of Descriptions and Posts: You are tasked with crafting engaging descriptions and posts tailored to each of these platforms to capture the attention of the target audience.
• Design of Posts: In addition to text, we have a team of designers who need to be briefed in order to get the visually appealing posts that we will use on the channels.
• Promotion on All Platforms: We are having our own media buying team and you will be responsible for ordering and organizing a promo campaign for all the channels.
• Collaboration with Other Teams: Maintaining excellent communication and collaboration with the design, media buying, and copy team is important to achieve all common goals.
• User Attraction and Retention: You will need to attract new users, retain existing ones, and meet loyalty parameters.
• Technical Understanding of the channels: You must have a complete understanding of the technical characteristics of the channels to be able to take advantage of all the possibilities that the channels offer to users.
• Monitoring and Analysis of Results: You need to monitor all relevant metrics and maintain statistics in tabular form to analyze the success of campaigns.
• Reporting and Campaign Ordering: You will be responsible for creating detailed reports on activities on these networks and can order marketing campaigns to be executed by other teams.
• Influencer's documentation: You should create various documents such as contracts, briefs, reports, and invoices.

Required skills:

• Experience in managing social media platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing and analytical tools.
• Creativity in content creation and promotion.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Analytical skills for tracking and analyzing metrics.
• Ability to create and track marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
• Writing skills.
• Good level of English.

Significant advantage:
