About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead this transformation.

The ideal candidate understands both the business and the customer. You have experience in an omni-channel environment, know how to build systems, inspire teams, and deliver measurable results.

You will work directly with the owner and top management — your work will have a direct impact on revenue, brand, and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy across all brands and markets (Serbia, Republic of Srpska, North Macedonia)
  • Build and manage core teams: Digital, CRM & Loyalty, ATL/BTL, Brand, Social, Design/Video, and Regional Marketing teams
  • Establish key processes: briefing, QA, reporting, ROI tracking, media planning, CRM lifecycle, omnichannel planning
  • Collaborate with external partners for performance, SEO, PR, and event logistics — with clear accountability structures
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient cost-to-acquisition and ROI per channel
  • Work with the BI/CDP team to develop a 360° player view, customer segmentation, and communication automation
  • Set standards for ATL campaigns (TV, radio, outdoor), as well as digital performance and content growth models
  • Initiate and lead marketing infrastructure improvement projects: CRM/CDP, DWH, loyalty systems, A/B testing tools

Your Profile

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role (ideally in iGaming, betting, fintech, retail, or telco)
  • Experience in a data-driven, KPI-oriented environment (CAC, LTV, churn, ARPU, segmentation)
  • Understanding the difference between operational marketing and marketing as a strategic business growth function
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • High level of digital literacy: Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, CDP, CRM, BI tools, and project management tools
  • Strong understanding of ATL and BTL channels and their roles in the modern marketing funnel
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, structure, and an ownership mindset
  • English: advanced, written and spoken
