Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director based in Belgrade. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, managing sales performance, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall business growth. The Sales Director will play a key role in driving revenue and contributing to the hotel's market position.

Qualifications

  • Team Management and Leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism (a minimum of 6 years)
