Sales Executive
 to join our growing team and drive new business in the 
tech recruitment

sector
.

Role Summary

Your primary focus will be on 
selling recruitment services tailored to the IT and tech industry
, helping

clients hire skilled professionals across roles such as full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and more.

You will also introduce EOR solutions when clients require compliant international hiring and payroll

support. This is a consultative, target-driven sales role with high-growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying and reaching out to companies with IT hiring needs - ranging from startups to mid-sized enterprises and global tech firms.
  • Sell tailored recruitment solutions by understanding clients' tech stacks, project timelines, and team structures.
  • Educate prospects on the value of working with a specialized tech recruiter and the benefits of extending hiring through EOR if needed.
  • Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and discovery calls to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Work with internal recruiters and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and met.
  • Use CRM tools to track outreach, manage the pipeline, and report on sales activity and performance.
  • Keep up with trends in IT hiring, remote work, and global employment legislation to better advise clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience
     in a recruitment agency, RPO, staffing firm, or HR services provider, with a strong preference for tech/IT recruitment sales.
  • Deep understanding of the IT hiring landscape, including key job roles, skill sets, and sourcing challenges.
  • Proven ability to sell high-value services to hiring managers, CTOs, and HR decision-makers.
  • Experience selling into fast-paced environments such as tech startups, scale-ups, or software companies.
  • Comfortable with consultative selling and able to tailor solutions based on client needs.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, LI Navigator, etc.) and remote communication platforms.
