POSITION SUMMARY

Our creative department is seeking an Digital Art Director with extensive experience in designing across digital platforms – web or social. Is always looking for the newest trends in the digital world and technology, with the ability to deliver contents inline with brand guidelines or to create new brand identity and guidelines.

We are looking for a colleague that is passionate about design, can work well within the team, can guide younger colleagues to great creative solutions.   Worked 3+ years in a similar role as part of a design studio or department, or as freelance professional.

KEY JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Think conceptually, understand the importance of having the big idea and how the creative work reflects it within the framework of the clients' brand
  • Ability to execute ideas / key visuals flawlessly-paying attention to design, layout and typography
  • Interact well with the whole agency team (account, copy, accross departments)
  • Understand how idea can be adjusted to different channels
  • Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Mentor and share knowledge with more junior members of the creative team

PRE-REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience of similar work within an Agency or as a freelancer
  • Experience designing for moving image - motion graphics & video editing
  • Great communication skills, written & verbal, when it comes to directing or presenting design concepts
  • Excellent Mac skills, fully conversant with Illustrator, Photoshop & After Effects
