Role Description

This is a contract role for an HR Director. The HR Director will be responsible for overseeing the human resources department, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management systems. This is an on-site role, and is located in Belgrade.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Policies
  • Skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree a plus
  • Experience in a similar role within the construction or related industry is preferred
