About Company:

The Migration Bureau is a global recruitment and immigration consultancy, connecting skilled professionals with opportunities worldwide and providing end-to-end visa and relocation solutions. We are now entering the Serbian market and seeking a results-driven, well-connected professional who can secure recruitment contracts, manage immigration processes, and oversee smooth worker integration.

This is not a desk-based position — it's a field-driven role for someone who can build trust, close deals, and deliver results from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities – Your Mission

  • Market Development:
    Identify and engage Serbian companies and licensed recruitment agencies requiring skilled international workers.
  • Executive Networking:
    Build strong relationships with CEOs, HR Directors, and key decision-makers.
  • Deal Negotiation:
    Finalize terms and sign recruitment and immigration service agreements.
  • Full Process Coordination:
    Arrange and oversee worker interviews with Serbian employers.
  • Manage candidate selection and documentation for work permits and residence applications.
  • Liaise with Serbia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant authorities to ensure visa success.
  • Oversee worker arrival, job placement, and Temporary Residence Card (TRC) processing.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Provide clear, consistent progress updates to management.
  • Results-Oriented:
    Ensure all actions drive measurable, profitable outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong professional network in Serbia's corporate and recruitment sectors.
  • Proven B2B sales and negotiation experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Serbian work permit & immigration procedures.
  • Fluency in Serbian & English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Independent, proactive, and committed to achieving targets.
