Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced
SAP CO Consultant
to join our
international SAP team in Serbia
. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Controlling, specifically in Cost Accounting (CO-PC), Material Ledger (ML), and Margin Analysis.

As a Senior Consultant in
SAP Controlling (CO)
, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform their finance and costing processes through innovative
SAP S/4HANA
solutions.

You'll collaborate with international teams to design, configure, and deliver solutions that bring transparency and control to product costing, margin analysis, and profitability management.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in
    SAP CO
    , with strong expertise in:
  • CO-PC
    (Product Costing)
  • ML
    (Material Ledger)
  • Margin Analysis
    (CO-PA)
  • Proven experience
    in SAP S/4HANA Finance / Controlling implementations
  • Strong understanding of
    FI–CO integration
    , cost center accounting, and internal orders
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and guide clients through the
    implementation lifecycle
  • Experience
    with data migration, testing, and user training
  • Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus)
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or IT-related fields

Your future role

  • Act as a functional expert in
    SAP CO
    during end-to-end
    S/4HANA
    implementation and rollout projects
  • Lead blueprint and design workshops with clients to translate business requirements into
    SAP solutions
  • Configure and customize
    CO-PC, ML, and Margin Analysis modules
  • Collaborate closely
    with Finance, Controlling, and Technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants in the
    SAP Finance team
  • Support post-go-live operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP innovations in Controlling and
    S/4HANA
