Who we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
SAP Project Manager
to
lead and coordinate
end-to-end SAP initiatives, with a focus on complex migration and cutover activities.

The
ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in SAP,
proven
project management experience,
and the ability to manage stakeholders across business and IT.

Who are you

  • 3-5 years
    of experience as an
    SAP Project Manager
  • Strong SAP background
    (e.g., hands-on experience or deep understanding of SAP modules, integrations, or implementations)
  • Demonstrated success
    managing full SAP project lifecycles
  • Experience with
    cutover planning, data migration,
    and
    go-live support
  • Skilled in test management processes and tools
  • Experience in engagement or stakeholder management roles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in
    English (written and verbal) is a must; German is a big plus

Preferred qualifications

  • PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
    (or equivalent project management qualification)
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies
  • Previous experience in
    multinational or complex enterprise environments

Your future role

  • Lead the full lifecycle of SAP projects
    , including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Manage
    project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely
    with
    SAP functional and technical teams
    to ensure smooth implementation and integration
  • Drive cutover and migration strategies
    , ensuring minimal business disruption
  • Act as the Engagement Manager,
    maintaining
    stakeholder communication
    and alignment throughout the project
  • Oversee test management activitie
    s, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies and reporting standards
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
    and issues, providing timely escalation when needed
