We are looking for a results-driven and experienced
Manned Security Department Manager
to lead our Strategic Clients Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering top-tier security services tailored to the needs of high-profile clients, ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and financial performance. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead large teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client-Oriented Service Delivery:

  • Design and adapt security solutions based on client-specific needs, in collaboration with internal departments.

Operational Oversight

  • Ensure high-quality service through regular engagement with clients and team leads, implementing continuous improvement strategies.

Financial Management

  • Develop, monitor, and manage departmental budgets. Ensure cost control and contribute to financial reporting on client and departmental levels.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and structure a workforce of over 1,000 employees, participate in recruitment, development, and performance management processes.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all activities comply with the Law on Private Security, internal procedures, and industry best practices. Manage documentation, reporting (incl. to the Ministry of Interior), and legal obligations.

Process Optimization

  • Establish and continuously refine workflows, procedures, and innovative service models in line with business objectives.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with HR for workforce planning, training, and resource allocation. Engage with other units to align operational goals.

Qualifications

  • University degree (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in the security industry (preferably in managerial roles)
  • Experience leading large teams is an advantage
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Valid Category B driving license
  • Willingness to travel across Serbia (up to 30%)

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Client-oriented mindset with strategic thinking
  • Understanding of financial KPIs and budget management
  • Familiarity with the Law on Private Security and related compliance matters
