About this position

As the
IT and Security Manager
for Critical Infrastructure, you will be responsible for the overall management of the company's internal IT resources. This includes planning, budgeting, design, implementation, as well as ongoing maintenance and optimisation. Your task is to ensure a scalable, highly available and secure IT infrastructure that is fully aligned with the corporate policies of our global organisation. Your focus will be on:

• Team Leadership
  : Lead, mentor and manage a team of information infrastructure professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and technical excellence.
• Infrastructure Management
  : You take full responsibility for key internal systems and resources, including business and security systems, network equipment, communication links, servers, data storage devices, replication and backup systems, workstations and peripherals.
• Strategic planning and budgeting
  : You develop and manage budgets and strategic plans for infrastructure investments, ensuring alignment with local business needs and global corporate policy.
• Collaboration with the information security team
  : You work closely with the information security team and the corporate CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) to implement the company's global security policies.
• Project Supervision
  : You are responsible for leading and supervising local projects, as well as representing the local office in global company projects and strategic initiatives.
• Operational efficiency
  : Oversee day-to-day operations, including monitoring, patch management, and optimisation of all systems you manage.
• Collaboration
  : You work closely with teams executing more complex projects and provide a second level of support to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.

About you

• You have proven experience in a similar managerial position within a complex IT environment.
• You have experience in managing critical IT infrastructure.
• You have experience with budget planning and project management.
• Your experience of working in a multinational corporate environment is a significant advantage.
• You have exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• You have strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal teams and external partners.
• You have a deep understanding of all components of the corporate IT infrastructure from networks, servers, data storage systems, virtualisation, to cloud solutions, security systems and collaboration platforms - as well as their interconnection and impact on business.
• You have experience in implementing best practices in infrastructure management through ITIL processes, security and regulatory standards, cost optimisation, ensuring a reliable, secure and efficient IT environment.
• You have a university degree in the field of information technology, computer science or related fields.
• Your level of English allows you to give presentations and speak fluently.
