We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support and scale our digital marketing efforts.

Job Summary: As a Mid-Level Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This is an ideal opportunity for a mid-career marketer who is passionate about brand growth, user engagement, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in the planning, implementation, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, and content platforms.

● Coordinate campaign assets and deadlines with design, content, and product teams.

● Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), helping to refine campaign strategies.

● Contribute to the creation of marketing content including landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, and ad copy.

● Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.

● Maintain and update the marketing calendar in line with product launches and promotional campaigns.

● Support community, influencer, and affiliate marketing activities where applicable.

● Ensure brand consistency and voice across all marketing communications.

● Optimize marketing funnels and user journeys to improve acquisition and retention.

● Assist in managing CRM platforms and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Requirements

● 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience in iGaming.

● B2+ level or professional-level English is required — both written and spoken.

● Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

● Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a remote setting.

● Analytical mindset with attention to performance data and reporting.

● Experience in the iGaming industry is a must
