Heads Adriatic is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Marketing Lead
to strengthen and expand the visibility and recognition of our brands.

This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategy, ensuring consistency, and creating and implementing marketing plans to meet the unique needs of each market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local market, leadership skills, and a passion for building and promoting brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns (including digital, social media, PR, events, and traditional advertising) for Heads Adriatic's brands and drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement among target audiences
  • Find innovative ways of increasing brand awareness in the B2B domain, positioning our brands as trusted partners for business clients.
  • Creation of content strategies and creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing - related projects
  • Prepare and optimize announcements, newsletters and PR texts to reach business goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
  • Coordinate with external associates, such as graphic designers, content creators, web designers, photographers, etc.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure brand health, campaign success, and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and proactively drive projects forward.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience working in a marketing agency is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using Canva suite and Google Analytics, basic understanding of SEO
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and elevating brand presence
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluency in English
