Apply nowLearn more Lead Metrix ManagerPositionThe Lead Metrix Manager is crucial in running the implementation, coordination, and ongoing enhancement of the Lead Metrix solution. Serving as a vital link between local teams and headquarters, this role ensures smooth integration, risk management, and alignment with global strategies. The manager drives the insight generation process, enriches findings with market expertise, and transforms data into actionable recommendations that fuel business growth.This role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer expectations. By applying benchmarking and data analysis, the manager refines classifications, establishes market-specific KPIs, and leads improvement projects that boost operational performance and deliver measurable results.ResponsibilitiesSolution Management & Maintenance Lead the local management of the Lead Metrix solution, coordinating with headquarters and local partners to guarantee successful implementation. Oversee timelines, resources, and communications to achieve project breakthroughs efficiently.Risk Management & Remediation Identify and address potential risks related to Lead Metrix deployment and operations. Develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks, collaborating with headquarters as needed to minimize disruptions.Insight Generation & Reporting Steer the creation of actionable market insights by working closely with experts. Deliver detailed reports on trends, KPIs, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.Improvement Project Leadership Initiate and supervise improvement projects based on insights, fostering continuous enhancement of local operations while aligning with global initiatives. Monitor progress, ensure timely delivery, and prepare reports highlighting outcomes and lessons learnedRequirementsUniversity degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Social SciencesEducation in Quantitative Methods in Business is advantageous.At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG.Fluent in English (written and spoken); Serbian is preferred but not required.Proficient in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.Power BI is a plus.Strong understanding of statistics, finance, project and process management, and researchmethodologiesOther SkillsExcellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.Experience in project management, ideally in FMCG.Ability to influence and align stakeholders.Clear, effective communication and strong presentation skills.Proactive, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement.Are you ready to join us?
