Product Marketing
Manager

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Ownership: Manage product strategy, market research, differentiation, and portfolio adjustments based on competition and trends in Adria region
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Deliver successful, on-time product launches that hit planned sales goals in Adria region
  • P&L Management: Own revenue and profitability targets, collaborating with finance and sale team to optimize pricing, margins, and advertising
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead alignment between Marketing, Sales, Finance, Planning, etc.
  • Insight-Driven Brand-Building Programs and Projects – You will have an opportunity to use advanced analytics and diverse data sets to craft unique solutions that shape brand strategy and consumer
  • Develop innovative marketing activity working closely with marketing manager and increasing brand positioning
  • Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate brand campaigns and their effectiveness through KPIs and performance metrics
  • Market & Consumer Analytics: Monitor the market and analyze the competition to identify opportunities for differentiation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economy, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in international B2B marketing roles. Minimum 3 years in a Product Marketing role.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong expertise in Power BI reporting
  • Analytical mindset, the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Product analytics experience will be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
