Join us and become the member of Belgrade Waterfront team as:  PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a reliable Project Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects.

An excellent Construction Project Manager should be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.

YOUR AGENDA:

  • Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
  • Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time according to requirements and within scope and budget
  • Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  • Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Technical evaluation in tender processes
  • Reviewing the work progress on daily basis
  • Analyzing, managing and mitigating risks and planning to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Ensuring that all necessary building permits are obtained 
  • Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Collecting project data to prepare relevant project reports including cost report, physical progress, design progress, local authority matters, contractor's performance, quality and safety

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10 years of experience in developing construction projects (high-rise buildings, preferable in residentials, office and hospitality buildings)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a management role
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software packages
  • Excellent organizational skills and time-management 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
