Axel Capital is a group operating across Serbia and North Macedonia, currently expanding our team with a new Project Manager.

Under our Winner brand, we successfully manage games of chance across 26 locations in Serbia and North Macedonia. Beyond that, we invest in innovative, high-growth IT projects — providing both capital and decades of strategic and operational experience.

As part of developing a new business segment, we are launching an online betting platform and are seeking a Project Manager responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of all project phases.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead the full development process of the online betting platform — from planning and design to implementation, testing, and optimization


• Create and maintain detailed IT project plans, including task breakdowns, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones


• Implement IT and operational strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals


• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose mitigation measures


• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for management


• Coordinate activities and communication between the internal Axel Capital team and the external IT partner company developing the platform


• Manage requests for new features and changes, define priorities in close collaboration with the product team and stakeholders


• Work with technical teams on task planning, design reviews, and prioritization within the development cycle


• Oversee the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase — ensuring all functionalities are properly tested before release


• Maintain effective collaboration between operations, marketing, IT, compliance, finance, and customer support teams


• Ensure smooth rollout of beta and production versions, including new services, promotions, and operational tools


• Manage relationships with vendors, payment providers, and third-party integrations relevant to the platform


• Monitor project KPIs, analyze performance data, and present improvement recommendations to management

Requirements


• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within IT, gaming, or digital platform industries


• Solid understanding of software development processes and SDLC


• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills


• Experience in working with multiple teams and external partners simultaneously


• Fluency in English (written and spoken)


• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is a plus
