Position summary:

The RST team is responsible for managing and executing field service tasks in coordination with internal NCR representatives and subcontractors.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

RST Team Responsibilities

  • Task Intake & Coordination
    • Receive task requests from internal NCR representatives.
    • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all jobs assigned to each project manager (PM).
  • Subcontractor Management
    • Solicit and gather quotes from various subcontractors.
    • Negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective execution.
    • Search for and vet new subcontractors to expand the network.
  • Job Scheduling & Execution
    • Develop and maintain job schedules.
    • Create and manage work orders in Field Nation.
    • Ensure all tasks are completed by subcontractors on the scheduled day of work.
  • Quality Assurance & Deliverables
    • Review all deliverables submitted for each job.
    • Forward deliverables to the internal NCR PM.
    • Approve completed work orders for payment in Field Nation.
  • Site Surveys
    • Collect all required information using the site survey form.
    • Review survey data and draft the Statement of Work (SOW) along with hardware and out-of-scope (OOS) recommendations.
    • Provide quotes based on survey findings.
  • Meetings & Communication
    • Participate in internal and client review calls related to surveys and site work

Basic Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills

  • Analytical skills

  • Proficient English Level (both verbal and written)

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced Excel skills

    and aptitude for learning other analytics tools
