HR Fabrika is an HR company that covers a wide range of HR services including recruitment and selection, consulting, payroll, organization design etc. For our client – an international manufacturer, we are now looking for a candidate for a position: FINANCE ANALYST Å abac Job description: • Analyzes trends in agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to both business and financial performance and identifies the causes of (unexpected) variations. • Develops financial models and analyzes them to support strategic initiatives. • Develops and continuously improves tools for budgeting, financial forecasting, and operational prediction systems. • Develops and maintains programs for the exchange of digital data/information to support efficient operations. • Performs regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses as required by the immediate supervisor. • Conducts weekly monitoring of key performance indicators defined by the management team. • Utilizes business intelligence tools and dashboard reports. • Provides support to other departments in daily business processes and activities through financial knowledge, information, and expertise. • Builds and maintains a network of internal and external partners. Requirements • A bachelor's degree in economics or an equivalent field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the production industry. • Knowledge of IAS, IFRS, local tax regulations, and other financial regulations. • Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level). • Advanced user of MS Office. • Experience with BI Tools is desirable.Benefits • Working within a global system • Private health insurance • Ability to share best practices, but also having autonomy in work.
