Bookkeeper – E-commerce

We are looking for a dedicated
Bookkeeper

to manage day-to-day accounting for our client - A DTC Korean skincare brand based in the US. The position covers bookkeeping services for two entities, under the guidance of the External Financial Controller.

This is a full-time role, with a focus on accurate AP/AR processing, reconciliations, and month-end close support.

Starting Salary

RSD 110, ,000

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day operating inside New York/EST business hours.

That's ~1pm-9pm, Monday - Friday, Belgrade time.

Key Responsibilities

Manage AP inbox and vendor communication; ensure invoices are coded correctly and payments processed on schedule

  • Post customer receipts, maintain AR aging, and assist with light collections
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and e-commerce processor accounts
  • (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe/PayPal)
  • Support month-end close (target ≤5–7 business days), maintain documentation,
  • and follow defined templates/checklists
  • Assist with sales/use tax reports, inventory/COGS entries,
  • and internal controls as directed

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years multi-entity bookkeeping experience (e-commerce/CPG preferred)
  • Strong AP inbox management and vendor communication skills
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or NetSuite, , and e-commerce processors
  • Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation and reconciliation skills
  • Comfortable with Segregation of Duties and confidential financial data
  • Strong written and spoken English speaking skills
