This is a full-time on-site role for a
Senior Civil Engineer with experience in design and project management
located in
Belgrade
. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing structural solutions using mass timber, collaborating with clients, architects, developers, contractors, and CLT producers, and managing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all types of projects, including the largest and most complex ones, from inception to completion, delegating tasks to other project managers;

Direct communication with clients and oversight of external communication from other project managers involved in the project;

Develop detailed timelines, monitor project progress, and ensure that all project goals for each phase are met;

Lead, coordinate, and execute the most complex static and dynamic structural calculations and other construction analyses, as well as create complex technical documentation (both written and graphical) for high-complexity projects, in the role of the lead responsible designer, in accordance with project requirements, standards, laws, and employer's regulations;

Define and delegate tasks for project development and preparation of project documentation, and coordinate all projects and resources alongside the Project Manager/Coordinator;

Support and oversee the work of other project managers, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and the implementation of optimal solutions;

Visit construction sites both domestically and internationally for project control, short- or long-term construction supervision, and improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least VII – 1b level of professional qualification;

Structural Engineering, Project Management, and Design skills - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Structural Design and 5 years in Project Management roles;

Experience in timber structural engineering and knowledge of design standards for structural engineering;

Proficiency in documentation software, structural analysis tools, project management software, and other platforms for communication and data exchange;
