Your Tasks

  • Lead international teams on architectural and engineering projects mainly in the building sector
  • Develop and supervise large energy efficiency projects in non-residential buildings
  • Guide preparation of energy efficiency audits and identification of rehabilitation measures
  • Supervise final design and preparation of tender documents for structural and energy efficiency measures, as well as leading contract negotiations
  • Manage supervision of construction works and services
  • Develop energy efficiency strategies in industry and building sector

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering (civil, architecture, mechanical, or similar)
  • At least ten (10) years of proven experience in project management
  • At least five (5) years of professional experience in the field of energy efficient rehabilitation of buildings
  • Place of residence in the Balkan region or Georgia
  • Willingness to travel as part of project work, as needed
  • Professional experience in the field of energy efficiency in the industry would be an asset
  • Experience in cooperation with international project teams/partners
  • Knowledge in the field of renewable energies (especially their usage in buildings) is of advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English in writing, speaking and listening, further language skills are a plus
