About the Role

The Project Manager is an integral part of the dedicated Project Management Team inside the Sales Department for our DC Fast Charging portfolio, for the Public and Private Sectors. As a highly motivated and capable self-starter, you have no problem taking the lead on any project. You see a problem and you provide a solution. You will also be capable of the following:

As the Project Manager for DC Fast Charging, you will be expected to manage & deliver technical projects for the full lifecycle on time, within budget, and meet business requirements by leading cross-functional teams.

You will be the main point of contact between our established customers, and Internal Cross-functional departments (Tech/Product/Production/Operations/Logistics/ Service) during the Project Execution phase until the End of Life of the EV Charging Solutions (SW and HW) as part of the Scope of Works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning and execution with Wallbox stakeholders (Tech, Product, Ops, Logistics, Sales, etc.) and the customer.
• Ensure product delivery meets customer requirements (OCPP backend, branding, pre-commissioning, specs).
• Act as main customer contact for execution (delivery, installation, commissioning, training), coordinating internal reports, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Manage risks and changes, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Resolve issues (commissioning, replacements, scope changes, delays, etc.) until projects are fully operational.
• Track schedules, scope, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide clear weekly/monthly progress updates, including to leadership.
• Support client and stakeholder meetings/events.
• Lead financial tracking with finance, comparing actuals vs. plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; project management qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience delivering technical projects, ideally in DC charging or related industries (EV infrastructure, energy equipment, electro-mechanical, or civil engineering).
• Knowledge of energy regulations in UK; other geographies a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple high-priority projects.
• Proven problem-solving skills in complex, variable environments.
• Experience managing tenders: sourcing, analyzing, applying, and executing.
• Customer-focused, high-performance mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
• Excellent business writing and presentation skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Passionate about project management, e-mobility, and renewable energy.
