Novakid is an English language school for children 4-12 years old, which allows children to remotely learn a foreign language according to a teaching program that meets European CEFR standards on an equal footing with their English-speaking peers (Novakid teachers are native speakers from the US, UK, and other countries). Novakid's Learning Content team is looking for a Project Manager to ensure our workflows are smooth, our timelines on track, and our ESL learning materials delivered to the highest standard.

This role isn't just about coordination — it's about helping the team understand and act on key metrics that drive our success. You'll play a crucial role in monitoring and interpreting data such as experiment success metrics, learning content efficacy, and trial-to-purchase conversion etc., ensuring our decisions are informed, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • You won't be creating the content - but you will be the operational backbone of the team.

  • You'll oversee project timelines, manage Jira boards, facilitate collaboration across teams,

  • And ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes are followed consistently.

  • You'll also work closely with team leads and cross-functional partners — including data and analytics teams — to track, report, and interpret key performance metrics, helping identify what's working, where improvements are needed, and how content performance links to learner outcomes and conversion success.

  • You'll turn insights into actionable strategies that enhance the effectiveness and impact of our learning content, ensuring that metric-driven decisions guide how we innovate, prioritize, and deliver engaging learning experiences.

  • You're comfortable asking questions of data, spotting trends, and connecting insights to the learner experience, helping the team continuously grow through curiosity and evidence-based decisions.
