Что мы ожидаем от кандидата:

  • Коммерческий опыт разработки на Go от 3 лет;
  • Может построить архитектуру небольшого проекта с 0 имея ТЗ под рукой;
  • Хорошо понимает алгоритмы и структуры данных;
  • Самостоятельный член команды, может выполнять работу сам, без постоянного контроля;
  • Умеет применять паттерны проектирования там, где они необходимы;
  • Не боится concurrency решений и может безопасно синхронизироваться между потоками;
  • Знает и использовал REST API и gRPC;
  • Хорошо пишет unit тесты;
  • Опытный пользователь Unix подобной системы и в работе использует именно его;
  • Умеет ясно излагать свою точку зрения, отстаивать ее и аргументируя (даже если она противоречит мнению команды).

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Активно участвовать в жизненном цикле проектов (жизненный цикл каждого проекта 1-3 месяца):
  • Планирование (изучение GDD проекта, декомпозиция и оценка задач);
  • Проектные daily;
  • Разработка проекта с 0 до релиза на основе математической модели;
  • Сопровождение проектов;
  • Принимать активное участие в жизни команды (code review, предложения по улучшению продукта либо процессов).

Будет плюсом, если ты:

  • Имеешь коммерческой опыт разработки на других ЯП;
  • Разрабатывал высоконагруженные сервисы;
  • Умеешь отлаживать, профилировать, рефакторить и оптимизировать;
  • Можешь сразу увидеть проблемные места в коде и заранее предупредить команду об этом;
  • Умеешь быстро разбираться в чужом коде и в новых технологиях;
  • Можешь аргументированно проводить code review;
  • Хорошо знаешь теорию вероятности.
