Capcade's Novi Sad team is growing, and we're looking for a Product Delivery Lead to help our product teams deliver high-quality results with focus and clarity. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to organize delivery processes, guide team activities, and ensure smooth collaboration across all stages of product development. This role is about helping teams stay aligned, efficient, and continuously improving - turning goals and ideas into real product outcomes.

With a flat structure and open communication, you'll have the freedom to shape delivery practices that support independent, high-performing teams and strong product execution.

Duties and responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading delivery processes and improving how product teams work - from idea to release.

  • Facilitate team activities including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, refinements, retrospectives, and delivery check-ins
  • Take ownership of the team backlog process, ensuring tasks are clear, prioritized, and ready for development
  • Track progress, delivery performance, and report key metrics to Product and Leadership teams
  • Work with Product Managers to translate roadmap priorities into actionable plans
  • Identify and remove blockers, improving communication across teams and departments
  • Help teams stay focused, organized, and accountable for results
  • Define and evolve Capcade's delivery framework based on Agile and Lean practices
  • Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within and across teams

Requirements and qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in leading teams and agile project management
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles
  • Experience facilitating team ceremonies and managing delivery performance
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze delivery data and use it for improvement
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools
  • Experience in a product-based or SaaS company is an advantage
