This is a remote position.

to contribute to a complex, large-scale platform built on a microservices architecture. You will design and maintain performant, distributed backend systems using , Kafka, ElasticSearch, and MongoDB.

The skills and traits we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in
  • Hands-on expertise with microservices, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and MongoDB.
  • Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed architectures.
  • Experience working in agile, remote, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with AI projects is a competitive advantage.
  • Fluent level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and development teams.
  • Stable internet connection and home computer.

  • Rate Range: Your starting rate is negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
