- Work closely with Marketing and Compliance teams to define and operationalize a review and approval process for marketing and product communications, ensuring timely and compliant go-to-market execution.
- In collaboration with the Compliance Operations team, establish a monitoring and testing programme for post-campaign compliance reviews (including social media and engagement with influencers) to assess adherence to marketing standards.
- Track, report, and remediate non-compliance incidents or issues arising from marketing activities.
- Monitor global regulatory developments relevant to crypto marketing and advertising. Proactively assess and implement required changes to the marketing compliance program based on regulatory updates.
- Partner with Compliance and Marketing teams to ensure all product launch communications and campaigns are fully compliant with global regulations and company policies.
- Support the business in making decisions while considering regulatory risks and compliance obligations.
- Develop materials to improve understanding of compliance and regulatory risks across teams and deliver regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required qualifications
- Experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory compliance roles, ideally within financial services or fintech.
- Experience with financial promotions and Section21 requirements would be beneficial.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of marketing regulations and standards across key jurisdictions (e.g., UK, EU, USA).
- Experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets, with strong familiarity with both CeFi and DeFi ecosystems.
- Proven ability to design and implement compliance frameworks and controls from scratch.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills across global and cross-functional teams.
- Experience engaging with regulatory bodies or supporting regulatory audits or exams.
- Prior experience in a high-growth tech or startup environment.
What we have to offer you
- An amazing work environment in a company that continues to grow, driven by extraordinary and passionate people that keep up innovating and challenging more each day.
- An international team, in a cutting edge field, working on the most fascinating projects.
- Growth and career opportunities, and the chance to be proactive and creative.
- A flexible and enthusiastic work environment that offers you snacks, a lot of coffee and other great benefits.
- Open and transparent culture - we get together on a weekly basis to share updates, strategic plans, and engage with each other informally over food and drinks.
