Clarivate is seeking to hire on a Financial Analyst to join our global Finance team As a Financial Analyst, you will be assigned to the team supporting variable compensation and commissions for the Academic & Government customer segment.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient level of English language

  • Experience with Business intelligence tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse financial statements and schedules to identify trends

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Prepare and analyze financial data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key metrics.
  • Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation efforts across different departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and reporting processes.
  • Support the creation of projection files, financial accruals, and other metrics.
  • Maintain financial systems, ensuring accurate and compliant data.
  • Assist in answering audit questions, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
