Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our team as a
Financial Analyst – Investments & Strategic Modeling

In this role, you will play a key part in evaluating and modeling investment opportunities, preparing financial projections, and developing strategic recommendations for both our clients and company management. Your insights will directly support high-level investment decisions, business growth, and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling & Analysis

·       Develop and enhance financial models for investment projects

·       Conduct profitability assessments, cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and risk evaluations

·       Support due diligence processes for acquisitions, developments, and asset sales

Investments & Business Strategy

·       Evaluate investment opportunities in commercial real estate and other business ventures

·       Prepare business cases and recommendations for various investment structures and risk profiles

·       Research market trends, competition, and technological developments relevant to investment decisions

Reporting & Management Support

·       Prepare investment proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and senior management

·       Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results

·       Assist in project management, negotiations, and client relationship management

Collaboration & Development

·       Work closely with internal teams to develop new projects and business opportunities

·       Identify and propose process improvements and support their implementation

·       Contribute to expanding the company's portfolio of services for clients

Requirements

·       University degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field

·       
5+ years of relevant experience
in financial analysis, investment evaluation, consulting, or related areas

·       Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques and financial statement analysis

·       Advanced MS Excel skills (experience with VBA, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus)

·       Proven ability to assess complex investment structures and provide actionable insights

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred:
Prior experience in real estate investments, consulting or private equity.
