Job Title: Logistics Analyst (I)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Grade: 8

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing the part life cycle from beginning to end by interacting with internal and external customers
• Maintaining the linkage to Global Inventory Management to meet the financial and service level goals.
• Taking ownership of the Oracle Item Master by ensuring all sourcing data is accurate and meets the requirements of the customer
• Reporting Relationship of Service parts to Data management Manager
• Responsible for contributing to the financial and service level goals of Global Inventory Management
• Communication with other departments for the purpose of checking, defining and harmonizing the data required by the system.
• Professional and team focused work ethics to ensure that the team is seen as one entity dedicated to ensuring that the integrity of the Oracle Item Master remains intact at all times
• Build relationships with internal and external customers, including suppliers, to meet the changing needs of the business.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Fluent in English language – written and spoken
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
• Analytical
• Good Verbal and Written Skills
• Advance Multi-Tasking Skills

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge/Experience of the Oracle ES Application
