Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies to support operational goals within the Igaming industry.
  • Analyse staffing needs and forecast requirements to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to address dynamic business demands and unexpected changes.
  • Utilise workforce management software tools for accurate data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including HR and operations, to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
  • Identify trends and provide insights for continuous performance improvement and resource optimisation in Igaming operations.
  • Prepare and present regular workforce performance reports to management for operational planning.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in workforce management, preferably within the Igaming sector or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in using workforce management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organisational abilities.
