Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Vice President of Asset Management located in Belgrade. The Vice President of Asset Management will oversee the management and optimization of the company's assets, supervise property management, and execute investment strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting financial analyses, monitoring market conditions, creating and managing asset management plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with other departments to drive company growth and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
- Proven expertise in Property Management and Asset Management
- Experience in Investments and executing investment strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Belgrade
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in asset management, real estate, or a related field
