Nalazimo se u Umci, pored reke Save, na manje od 20 minuta vožnje sa Banovog Brda, Čukarice, Vidikovca..., ali i sa druge strane Save - iz Surčina, Jakova, Dobanovaca... Na manje od 25 minuta smo sa Novog Beograda i iz centra grada, a za naselja od Ostružnice do Obrenovca smo – komšiluk.

SPECIJALISTA ZA OSNOVNA SREDSTVA

Obaveze i odgovornosti:

  • Asset Management: Praćenje i ažuriranje evidencije osnovnih sredstava za, opremu, nekretnine, NMU i vozila;
  • Računovodstvo i izveštavanje: Priprema knjiženja, obračun računovodstvene i poreske amortizacije, generisanje detaljnih izveštaja za potrebe internog i eksternog izveštavanja;
  • Upravljanje životnim ciklusom: Nadgledanje celokupnog životnog ciklusa imovine, uključujući uvećanje vrednosti, procene, prenose, prodaju i rashode;
  • Revizija i kontrole: Pružanje podrške internim i eksternim revizijama obezbeđivanjem potrebne dokumentacije i održavanjem snažnih internih kontrola;
  • Usklađenost sa standardima i poreskim propisima: Obezbeđivanje poštovanja računovodstvenih standarda i poreskih propisa;
  • Popis imovine: Organizacija redovnih i vanrednih popisa imovine, komunikacija sa eksternim poroceniteljima i pravnim timom.

Uslovi:

  • Tri godine radnog iskustva na navedenim poslovima;
  • IV stepen obrazovanja;
  • Napredno znanje rada na računaru (viši nivo rada u Excel-u), prednost rad u NAV-u;
  • Poznavanje propisa uz praćenje stručne literature i prakse;
  • Izražen nivo odgovornosti i posvećenosti poslu;
  • Organizovanost i sistematičnost;
  • Preciznost i analitičnost.
