COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST

Belgrade, Serbia

As a Commercial Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven strategies and initiatives aimed at optimizing commercial outcomes across the business. Your focus will be on enhancing revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex data into actionable business recommendations, ensuring continuous improvement in commercial KPIs and overall business health.

Key responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    Gathers business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, data collection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling. Apply statistical analysis and advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive business performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Visualization:
    Develop and manage the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate key performance metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across reporting platforms. Continuously enhance reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and product management, to understand their data and analytical requirements.
  • Data Quality and Governance:
    Establish and maintain data quality standards and processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Implement data governance frameworks and best practices to manage data assets effectively. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to streamline data workflows and improve data accessibility.

Essential skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, data science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles, with a track record of delivering impactful insights and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/ SAP/ BI or another analytics
  • Serbian, English Proficiency
