Commercial Manager - Sport

Location: Belgrade (m/f)

The Commercial Manager – Sport is responsible for strategic planning, development, and management of all commercial activities related to sports betting and associated products, both in local and international markets. The main mission of this role is to maximize revenue through the management of the sports portfolio, negotiations with suppliers and partners, and the creation of innovative commercial strategies that ensure competitive advantage and compliance across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for sports products and services to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Organize, execute, and oversee activities required for the smooth operation of international markets at the online level.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies regarding technical certification related to online operations.
  • Participate in the creation, monitoring, and control of business strategies and objectives for each international market.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial budgets for each international market and monitor their implementation.
  • Monitor sports betting performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for offer optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and sports-related promotions.
  • Expand the sports portfolio through innovation and new formats (live betting, microbetting, advanced customer tools).
  • Continuously track market trends and competitor activities within the sports betting industry.
  • Manage the budget for sports commercial activities and ensure the achievement of financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and partners.
  • Cooperate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of four-year secondary education (NQF level 4) in economics, law, administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar roles.
