What You'll Do

  • Drive new business across international iGaming markets.
  • Build and grow relationships with operators, platforms, and aggregators.
  • Negotiate and structure deals that make sense for both sides.
  • Monitor account performance and surface opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Coordinate campaigns and promotions to boost game visibility.
  • Share market insights to sharpen our commercial strategy.

  • Commercially sharp and outcome-driven.

  • Equally comfortable chasing new leads and nurturing existing partners.
  • Calm under pressure, persistent when it matters.
  • Passionate about games and the business behind them.

What You Know

  • 1+ years in partnerships, business development, or account management in iGaming or related fields.
  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing models and revenue streams.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiar with operators, platforms, and aggregators in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Russian (required for at least one hire)

Nice to have:

  • Other languages are plus (for example, Portuguese).
