Role Overview:

We're looking for a Delivery Consultant to support the successful delivery of high-impact consulting engagements. You'll work across discovery, strategy, and execution, helping clients translate complex needs into structured outcomes, while collaborating closely with technical and cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or product delivery background, who enjoys working across disciplines (e.g. data, engineering, product) and is looking to deepen their craft in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Key aspects of the role:

Project Contribution and Execution
  • Support day-to-day delivery on digital, data, and platform engagements
  • Contribute to discovery activities, stakeholder interviews, and problem framing
  • Develop structured outputs such as delivery plans, maps, and solution overviews
  • Collaborate with team leads to keep delivery on track, on time, and client-aligned

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with engineers, data scientists, and designers to shape delivery alongside product leads
  • Help translate client goals into technical scope and team workflows
  • Raise delivery blockers and help identify areas of misalignment or ambiguity early

Client Interaction and Consulting Craft
  • Participate in client workshops, playback sessions, and project ceremonies
  • Present work clearly and professionally, ensuring it aligns to both the ask and the underlying need
  • Build trust with client stakeholders through clarity, thoughtfulness, and delivery discipline
  • Take feedback as an opportunity to improve output and communication

Growth and Capability Building
  • Learn from senior consultants, project leads, and functional specialists across engagements
  • Contribute to improving team tools, templates, and delivery methods
  • Ask questions, stay curious, and actively seek to improve your delivery and consulting skills
Qualifications:
  • 2–5 years in consulting, product delivery, or digital project execution
  • Experience working on client-facing or cross-functional teams in a delivery role
  • Exposure to projects in one or more areas: data/AI, product, platforms, or digital strategy
  • Structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically fluent (not an engineer), but comfortable collaborating with technical teams
  • Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success
