hat you'll be getting up to:****
This is an exciting opportunity for an Agile Delivery Lead to support the evolution of Agile practices across our global IT technology teams.

You will focus on enabling team success by removing impediments, fostering continuous improvement and helping teams stay focused and outcome-driven. In parallel, you will support the coordination of delivery across teams, ensuring that progress on larger initiatives is tracked and aligned with stakeholder priorities.

You will work closely with the Agile Delivery Manager to build Agile maturity and promote efficient, transparent and timely delivery within and across teams.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Guide one or more Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban, fostering effective, outcome-driven collaboration
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and planning sessions that are purposeful, timeboxed and team-led
• Monitor team delivery flow, resolve blockers and escalate cross-team issues when needed
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and Development Managers to align goals, manage dependencies, and coordinate priorities
• Support Product Owners in refining goals and managing backlogs effectively
• Promote Agile principles and help teams and stakeholders apply them in practice
• Use delivery metrics (e.g. cycle time, WIP, blocker time) to support continuous improvement and delivery visibility
• Track team capacity to support backlog planning and realistic forecasting
• Encourage self-organization, ownership and continuous improvement across the team
• Keep stakeholders informed by sharing clear updates on timelines, risks, and team availability
• Operate confidently in fast-paced environments with multiple teams and/or changing priorities
• Demonstrate a proactive mindset, structured thinking and a strong sense of delivery ownership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience with Jira, and Confluence
• 4+ years of Project Delivery experience within IT, serving as an Agile Delivery Lead,
• Scrum Master, or Project Coordinator
• Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional or PMI's Agile Certified
• Professional (ACP) certification, is preferred
