We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team of professionals that support the A&G CTO in managing Technology projects. This is an incredible opportunity to work with multiple product teams and drive critical programs and large initiatives across the Academia and Government segment.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management supporting technology projects
  • 2 + experience working on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology roles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Proficiency in English

It would be great if you also had

  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with Cloud services
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP)
  • Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and practices
  • Basic knowledge and use of JIRA

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Creates project plans (scope, timeline, resourcing) in collaboration with all stakeholders from different areas.
  • Provides day-to-day oversight of the project; involves constantly monitoring the project's progress, identifying bottlenecks, and working with all stakeholders (product, tech, delivery management) to decide the necessary actions to keep the project on track.
  • Monitors risks and dependencies.
  • Facilitates change management by working with the teams in assessing the impact of changes, communicating, and adjusting project plans accordingly.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitates transparent and timely communication regarding project status.
  • Applies experience and skills in project management, Agile, and other industry best practices, and can select/combine and coach the project team to meet goals.
  • Provides detailed and timely reporting to manager, stakeholder and senior management.

Product you will be working on
The position supports the Clarivate Business Unit Segment Academia and Government. You will be part of a highly visible position that interacts with the stakeholders leading and managing the A&G Technology and directly supporting our A&G Products.

About The Team
You are joining a small yet extremely efficient team of professionals that support the A&G CTO in managing Technology projects. The external stakeholders are our Technology management resources within the business unit and includes working closely with Clarivate central services teams.

Hours of Work
This is a permanent, full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone. This is a hybrid position; you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
