DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a recruiting partner for hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Deeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, and develop recruiting strategies (to identify, attract, and retain key employees)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineers — C#, Python, Rust, ML, QA — as well as Product Managers, Product Designers, Global Services, etc.)
  • Collect, analyze, and improve recruiting metrics and statistics
  • Monitor the recruiting budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Negotiate and prepare job offers for final candidates
  • Act as an employer brand ambassador by promoting a positive candidate experience
  • Lead or participate in other HR projects (Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Referral Program, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Must have:

  • 3–5 years of proven, high-volume recruiting experience in the IT sector (preferably in-house)
  • Hands-on experience with specialized candidate sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, forums, GitHub, networking, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of HR administration and local labor laws (Bulgarian, Serbian, Turkish)
  • Ability to calculate gross/net salaries, and both fixed and variable compensation components, and other recruiting metrics
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with sound judgment to achieve company goals
  • Fluent English (any additional language is a plus)

Nice to have:

  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with people at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, BambooHR, Outlook 360, Zoom, and Figma
  • Desire to take responsibility and initiative
