Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Recruiter with excellent knowledge of the Russian language to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in New Belgrade.

As a Senior Recruiter at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the Citrus Systems Hiring Journey, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires.Attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent from around the globe by developing innovative sourcing strategies and working collaboratively with HR and hiring managers.Leading the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring that all steps align with company standards and strategic goals.Actively contributing as a senior member of the Employer Branding project team, driving initiatives that position Citrus Systems as an employer of choice.Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment in recruitment goals and expectations.Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes, working in partnership with the People Team to ensure smooth transitions for new employees and clear processes for departing staff.Preparing and presenting regular updates on recruitment progress, including reports on key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.Using our ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a streamlined recruitment process, from posting roles to onboarding new hires.

Required skills:

3+ years of relevant work experience in the independent operational execution of the recruitment and selection process

Excellent knowledge of both the Russian and English languages

Bachelor's degree, preferably in social science

Previous experience working in the ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

Excellent communication skills

Experience in working within a multinational environment

It is a big plus if a candidate possesses experience with headhunting and hiring in CIS markets
