About The Role:

We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join us on a 6 month contract and play a key role in scaling our engineering teams. In this role, you'll focus exclusively on attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talents for Paysend engineering teams.

You'll work closely with engineering leadership and the wider talent team to build strong talent pipelines, lead proactive sourcing efforts, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. If you love working with technical talent,

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles across multiple disciplines
  • Proactively source and engage top technical talent through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs
  • Partner closely with engineering managers and the CTO to understand role requirements and define search strategies
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and inclusive candidate experience
  • Track and report on pipeline progress, sourcing performance, and time-to-hire metrics
  • Share market insights and collaborate with the team to continuously improve our hiring approach

What You'll Need To Be Successful In This Role:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, focused on engineering roles
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and deep knowledge of the engineering talent market
  • Experience hiring across international markets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with engineering teams, technical stacks, and recruitment best practices
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (we use Teamtailor)
  • Understanding of technical assessments and interview processes
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-moving environment
